OK, I've got myself a little issue here and I searched around and came up with nothing. I was wondering if there was some way to lower the sensitivity any more than the ingame menu option allows for. Currently, at the lowest sensitivity of .10, I would estimate that it is about 3 and a half times more sensitive than desired. Changing the Windows sensitivity has no effect.

My mouse is a Razer Deathadder and I would much rather not have to install the mouse drivers in an attempt to lower the DPI (without the drivers, the mouse defaults to 1800 DPI I believe).

Hi
This mouse is a real gameing mouse very touchy.

Make the changes in the game and in windows and restart see it that works.
If not I think instal the drivers for it.

Unless some one else has a solutuion.

How much RAM do you have? it may sound illogical but it may have something to do with that as well.

I started reading other mouse related topics and I came upon my solution:

Edit the profile xml file which actually contains the sensitivity value. Instead of .10 I am now using .032

Does the mouse not come with a resolution toggle on it?

Logitech MX 518. great Gaming mouse, you can change the sensitive on the fly with the 2 extra bottens at the mouse wheel. Great fore games like battlefield 2142 where you control a lot of different stuff like a rail gun that by default turns very slowly, witch can be made fast by 2 clicks.

Grab the latest razer driver and in the utilities you can adjust the sensetivity.

That's what i do with my diamondback.

Great mouse btw.
