like the title says, I have 3 skins, but I don't know how to unlock the 4th one, anyone know?

If you have a pc version you get them_(the prototype skins)_ by collecting all 1001 lightseeds,...if you have a console version, you don't get them after you found all the lightseeds.
They'll only be available to console gamers who purchase the DLC; which will be available from 26 Feb.
