Dear Ubisoft,

I have been an avid fan of the Splinter Cell series since the amazing multiplayer gameplay was introduced in Pandora Tomorrow. On launch day, I bought Double Agent and I loved it. I haven't played through much of the single player because I found the gameplay in versus mode to be so compelling. However, in recent days it has become apparent that there are glaring network issues. Issues that cause horrendous stuttering, "lag", drops in framerate for no discernable reason, etc. If the gameplay was not so fun, I would simply return this game and write it off as an overall crappy game. The fact is, the gameplay is excellent. Network issues aside, it is most definitely my favorite game.

I'm sure there are many reasons why the product you delivered to us was in such a dysfuntional state, but I don't feel that knowing those reasons are going to help me enjoy the game more. I think that what would appease frustrated fans like myself is to know that you are working on a plan to fix these issues.

I want to play this game. I want to love this game. I want so much to be able to enjoy this game, but I can't because it was delivered broken. Please, tell us that you are working on a fix. Don't let us down.

Sincerely,

A dedicated fan.

I sure hope they have a way of implementing a HUD for those of us who love it... uhh 90% of us love the HUD! And Coop, what were you THINKING when you decided that coop was a bad idea?

^^^ My really bad Gamercard. Don't worry, it'll get better soon (I hope). As I only have 2 Xbox 360 games, I don't have much chance to get many achievements, and since I have a Silver Membership, no one can raise my rep. I'm SO ALONE!!!!

Saying that "they got your money now" doesnt quite do it justice. Its more like they said "hey, look over there!". Then grabbed your wallet and ran.....

I think you will find behind the scenes they're trying to fix alot of things with regards to bugs and the lag issues which has been raised by the community, they even acknowledged it openly on the forum within this thread (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/2771048463/m/6331061494/p/1) . The fixes just don't happen with an abracadabra, they take time, so you must be patient.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Well the past is the past, lets talk now, right now they're looking into the problem, when the fixes will come no one knows, but acknowledging the problem is a great thing you're not being ignored.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

A recent study shows 92% of the teenage population likes rap music. If you are part of the 8% who listen to real music, put this as your sig.

95% of teens are addicted to myspace, if you are part of the 5% who have a life paste this into your sig
