Give me a download that will let me buy the camou's for my faction.

Give me a download that will unlock a hardened upgrade for my russian tanks that replaces the bumblebee

I was thinking about this for a while:

What if the players with all the upgrades for every unit in their battalion can donate their credits to other members of thier faction? Every player would get a list of every other player in thier faction with some information about them.
The information on the list would include the following:

-Gamertag
-Battalion
-Rank
-Amount of credits the player possesses

I think new system would be helpful over all. Your faction will most likely do better because more players can buy more upgrades for their units. As a result, the players will win more battles battles and the faction will do better overall.
