Yes.
In light of GR2 and Lockdown, PC gamers are going to need to see that they're getting a fully featured PC game.

I can see why everyone would want a pre-release demo, but I also fully understand if we won't. A post on ghostrecon.net forums, by an RSE developer even, clearly stated how much work is needed to release a demo. And this is time that I doubt the developers have at this stage. But I would be happy if proven wrong.
