im just join the beta,but still cannot play it..why???

Lots of people have signed up for beta, but can't play yet because they haven't been accepted. The main site for ghost recon online probably says that you are "In the Beta Queue" right? If so then, like most of us, you'll just have to bide your time. Soon enough we'll all get in.
If you have been accepted then I have no way of helping you. Good luck though, whatever your problem may be.

Im waiting like 2/3 months to get a beta key, when im going to get one?

We'll all get ours when the game is ready for us. I've been waiting since day one, but open beta starts sometime this fall and fall is upon us. I don't think we have long to wait until open beta. Bear with me, not very long could still mean a month or two to go.
In the end, we'll get in exactly when the game is ready for us. Be that a week more or a month, the longer it is until we get in, the less bugs we have to put up with.
