Have yoy ever connected? Is this from time to time problem? or always? How many time have you tried?

I have never connected to the server. I always get this message whenever I try.

Ok firewall or router?Check that port 50 is open!

I checked the connection issues post right below this one, and tried disabling McAfee, which allowed me to login.
