Cant play online..

Just got chessmaster. Everytime i try to connect with it online...it says cannot initialize network support... anyone else having trouble??

Also..do the games that are narrated by Josh and Laryy take very long to load...or should hey start automatically..them seem to just be still processing...as you try to advance through forever and ever..any feedback would be appreciated

anyone else having trouble playing online? I called ubisoft tech support..and all they said to check with my ISP and make sure my ports are open...My ISP confirmed it was...all i get when i try to play online is..CANNOT INITIALIZE NETWORK SUPPORT..i have no idea what the problem is..all other features of game seem to be ok...but without onlne...half the game is missing...PLEASE HLEP!!

Hello

Just unistall any firewall programs that is active.Zone alarm tends to do that. your programm is trying to open a port and cant because your windows firewall or any other external firewall program. notice that even when they are not active ,ports can be closed by this kind of programs.
unistall any unwwanted firewall program and you will be ready to play online I hope.
