View Full Version : No PC "Black Edition" at Play.com anymore?

Hi,

What a great game!!! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I was blown away with AC1 (it was the reason I bought my PS3) but AC2 is simply outstanding! I got my copy at GAME (UK) and paid slightly more for a "special edition"... not the White thou...
I was sure I'll get ALL the additional content (e.g. three extra episodes) but this "SE" contained only one... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif As far as I know so does the White Edition with a statue. Now, that's crap... :/
It was then when I decided to get the proper Black Edition from Play.com for the PC when it's out (March). I visited their website and found that they... were sold out... (???)

Now, is that showing "sold out" because it's not been released yet or has "the world" already cleared the stock by preordering???

I surely hope it's the first option...

If not however, anybody knows where I can acquire the Black Edition from for a reasonable amount of money?

it was on preorder from June and they only announced in September it was delayed and a lot of people didn't even find out about that (sites were slow at changing the dates) so they have probably took all the pre orders they can.

OK, so if I cannot have the cool Black Figurine than perhaps I can get all three additional missions somehow... Which versions apart from the Black Edition have all of them?

The Collectors Edition, but that also can't be pre-ordered anymore...I hope you can get the White Edition, although that was only in Europe I thought...

Yeah, I'm in UK but as far as I know, White Edition only contains one out of three additional quests... :/

either that or wait for it to launch and keep a watch on play for candled orders and jump in as soon as it comes up, sales kept randomly coming up for PS3 and 360 while they were shipping due to people's pay method failing.
