I was planning on pre-ordering an edition of the Ultimate Bundle to receive an Ezio action figure. Now, with the delay, will I still be able to receive this edition, let alone acquire the action figure?

If anyone has links that could better help me understand this debacle, I would appreciate it!

I know this. There is also a Pc Ultimate Bundle from Gamestop. My question remains unanswered..

You should still get it if you pre-order it.
