I recently had to reinstall WinXP, and did a copy of a file called "slot0.sav". That kind of file is often the save-file, right? Now, when I installed the game again, and copied the file to it's origin directory, the game says "no saved game" when I try to load...
Does anyone know what to do with my "slot0.sav" now? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

You need both the slot0.sav and the sally.idx files moved over to the base directory of BGE. The your save will show up.

You can do the following :
Start a new game , and play till the first saving station (I know It's frustrating , But It's better than playing the game all over again )
than you'll have the sally.idx file configured to the new save game file (Usually called slot0.sav ) , Overwrite the new save game file with the old one ,
Now , load the game , It's name is the same as the new game , But don't worry It will load your old game .
Good luck .
