royal gardens elika stopped helping

i solved the puzzle, defeated the boss, saved, re started and now elika has stopped helping with double jumps or special plate powers. am i doing something wrong? is this part of the game.. fyi elika will still save me from death and teleport me but no double jumps or plate powers. any zone

Try loading a previous saved game before the current saved game where this Elika problem occurs--it is not part of the game it is most probably a bug.
