First of all the patch I have is v1.33

When I enter a server after about 30 seconds punkbuster kicks me saying no packet loss, and this is for every server.

Here is a fairly comprehensive fix. Do these in order and check after each one to see if it fixed the kick problem.

Make sure you have the "punkbuster on" box checked in the multiplayer screen.

Run pbsetup.exe (download from evenbalance.com)

Delete the PB folder in your Far Cry directory and Uninstall all three patches and then reinstall all three in order (1.3, 1.31, 1.33). Then rerun pbsetup.exe

If you still get kicked You can try these but there is no guarantee they will work.
go into the server and in the console type:
\pb_nextmaster
\pb_sleep 500

If you still have trouble check that your firewall has the right ports open and check your pathway to the punkbuster server. Get the ip address by opening the console once you get into the game server. The ip address should be displayed.

Open a DOS command popup in Windows and type "tracert (ip address)" This will give you the route to the punkbuster server. If any of the pings are >100 ms then you may have a connection problem to that server. Your Internet Service Provider may have to be consulted.
