Hi, even with the only free walkthrough i found( http://www.mycheats.com/view/section/18719/18904/splint...ouble_agent/xbox_360 (http://www.mycheats.com/view/section/18719/18904/splinter_cell_double_agent/xbox_360) ) i can't find the captain on mission 4...
I killed everybody on the boat, call Lambert all things are done i just have to find the captain
Any help ?

When you're done with the bridge crew go to the front of the ship, on the left side.
Take the stairs to the other side (do something about the guards first) and enter the hatch (not the one on the helipad).
