Why Wont Ubisoft Make a UK patch?

Ive Been Looking And Looking and looking and i still cant find a uk patch for splinter cell pandora tomorrow. please could someone tell me if they find a uk patch?

uk is in europe, get the EMEA patch.. its for european countries(and asian ones..)

I found one on splintercell.com and then i click on the update it just eithers says "done" or "Page Cannot Be Displayed". i dont know why i cant download it. could someone tell me please? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
