Spitfire VIII flown by the American Ace serving with the RAF, Sqn L/dr Lance Wade.

In this aircraft Wade scored his final two kills, both FW190's in 1943 (one over Penna Point, Termoli, the other over San Severio, Tunisia) prior to his death in an aircrash in Jan 1944.
Note the Desert AirForce cross below the nose.
The Sqn L/dr pennant has 145 Sqn's number painted on.
Three skins included, ZX-J, desert scheme and rounds and desert scheme and tail bars only (all have the DAF cross)
