Song in the gameplay trailer?

Looking at the gameplay trailer (third from the left on the main site http://www.assassinscreed.com ) I was really entranced by the song. Anyone have a name / album, or is it an original composition by Ubi?

I've tried looking for a game OST on amazon and other places but I didn't see it. Any insight?

The song is by Jesper Kyd, and it was made for the game, I'm pretty sure.
