dedicated server problem

i've started a dedicated server and everything was running fine for the first few days, then today i tried and my server was blacked out. all my ports are open on my router the firewall if off and nothing has been changed in the cfg files, could anyone help me

Checked the bannedip.txt file in the root directory of your dedicated server installation. If your external IP address is there, you've gotten banned from your own server. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

This happens when you try an incorrect RCON password too many times.

thanks so much for your help but i've reinstalled the game now im having more problems i've posted another question if you want to take a look at it
