Not much of a point, anyone worth it is in one or doesn't want/need to be in one.

You're supposed to use the Squad Recruitment stickied threads at the top of this PC forum and the XBox forum (there's one there too, if I remember correctly). To bad no one reads that thread, so the best way to start of get into a clan is to just make friends in game and be able to keep in contact with them outside of game (XFire (http://www.xfire.com) is the standard for the Splinter Cell PC community).
