Recently installed GW's 1.1a and noticed that I have no AP shells for my deck gun. I started 1939 in 2nd Flotilla with VIIB... wondering if its a bug or an availability issue, any ideas?

Not a bug, nor availability issue. No APs - only HEs.

I recall an order from BDU not to attack military vessels, so hence no AP...
