Il-2 1946 freezes at startup

Hi guys, http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/touche.gif my game freezes at 95% on the splash screen, the mouse also freezes and I have to ctrl+alt+del and use my arrows keys and enter key to close it in the task manager.
