Why is it that every topic that i want ot post in and take a shot at someone/something is closed??? LOL Keep up the good work guys and gals. We need about 30 more topics whining about CTD's, 10 more about lack of widescreen support and so on and so on. You would think that anyone that had bought this game would be ecstatic. I mean, without a demo to try it out first and after the Lockdown fiasco, you went out and faithfully bought, A PRETTY GOOD GAME. SP was great, and im loving MP with the exception of the occasional crash. Dont any of you have anyhting else to whine about? Another patch should about get this game where it should be. Keep up the good work UBI.

I'm glad you are enjoying the game in it's highly crippled state. At least someone is.

Let me ask, though. Exactly what "good work" has UBI done over the last 30 days? Are you anticipating the most miraculous patch in the history of software development or something?

I will get the OCCASIONAL CTD but very rarely. Thats all i need fixerd. My mouse doesnt work in mp unless i play 1 second of sp first, but thats really not a big deal. It runs fine on my midrange machine. People keep wishing for RVS 2 but dont seem to realize thats basically what theyve got. Actaully, they gota better game. RVS was buggy from launch, but every patch that came out broke more then it fixed.

I'll definitely give you that, but 1.60 was released eventually and brought the game to a VERY playable, stable state (AS 1.10 doing the same thing for it).

Hell, UBI can't even tell us straight if they're even going to continue supporting this game. Having any faith at all that "Vegas 1.60" is on the horizon is a pipe dream. All we know is that a moderator (non-UBI employee) stated that a patch is "in the works." It's been "in the works" for weeks now.

I'd LOVE for UBI to prove me wrong, because this game would be outstanding to ladder in, were it stable and managable.

Ill admit there are problems that i dont have that other people have that need fixing. But 1.6 for RVS wasn't out till over a year after release. Ill give UBI time for fixes. What i would like to see is the ability for the great modders to do what they do for games. Mods are what make or break a game IMO. A pile of maps (including the anti-camper,747,bunkers,and the door map to name a few) as well as a weapon mod like the nato and nato SPO mods for Rogue Spear. Heres hoping for a solid patch so Everyone can play a stable RSV, adn the release of an editor for the modding community.

Mod's for this game you are dreaming you just better hope for a patch that is all you will get if you are lucky. To all the people that want more than that give up now it is not going to happen in this game or the next. Buyt keep the dram a live that is waht UBI wants so they can get more of you suckers to buy there games.

What do you mean that is not a big deal? You will stoop to their level and say "well I have to go start a sp mission just to use my mouse" when in fact they should fix **** like that instead of you going out of your way. This is the kind of thing we are all upset about. Stupid little stuff that DOES matter.
