I don't know about you but I have been waiting for another Disaster game for a LONG time. The problem is that people aren't creative enough. I'm sure there are other people who feel the same way. If you knew how to go about creating a game you would have made something like this a long time ago.

... Do you have any better suggestions then? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

So... um, mind suggesting any of them so that our uncreative developers can also walk the path of creativity? >.<

So apparently you're openly stating that they're not creative, yet when prompted you repeatedly refuse to offer any suggestions or advice on how to make it better.
Hmm...
I'm not the one who's concerned with the creativity, don't worry about sending me anything.
You contradict yourself when you challenge creativity and then refuse to offer suggestions as if they're going to steal your ideas.

I'm not saying that the makers of this Particular game are uncreative if thats what your thinking. I actually appluad whoever came up with this idea. And i'm not refusing to offer any suggestions silly. I sent you one as you were furiously writing your post.

Not furious, just indifferent. It's cooler that way. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

Bioshock (though interesting with an underwater city) was just another shooter, this looks like it could be in a league of its own!

Bioshock was just another shooter? perhaps. However, it was a shooter with a really great story. That is the creativity that is lacking in the industry today. We have great gameplay, graphics and great features. There are too few games with actual story. Gears, Resistance, COD 12345, all great games. All **** stories. Fallout 3? love the game, **** story. this looks like it may actually hook you into the story for a change. That's how this game is easily related to Bioshock.

I think you and me are 100% opposite. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif
I found the story in Resistance 1 great! It had a lot of hidden documents, there were interesting ties etc. Cod games have great presentation, but IF by story, you mean 'story', then of course there's none, lol. It's a war game after all. xD
Note: COD4 is one of my favourite FPS's ever.
But yeah, I agree on the creativity part, the devs are afraid to ruin their game by doing something different. Meh...It's sad but they should. Let's hope the I am Alive experiment does work. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I agree, loved the part when you found out that atlas was controlling your mind. No body has ever thought about that w/ previous games.
Hope this game has a great storyline. If not then it won't be worth it. Something like COD4. Ending made me cry
