Had a quick blast around on the Midway level earlier; after taking off I could land straight away. Nice!

Did you play the Xbox or the 360 version? Had to ask http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Are you allowed to confirm a release date (other than early 2006) and is the 360 version going to be released concurrently with the XBox version? I am just excited about a WWII fighter pilot game for the 360.

It's currently on my release schedule for "March 2006", both Xbox and 360 platforms http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

UbiRazz,
Is the controller set-up re-configurable?
Can you change your controller lay out as you can in Brothers in Arms?
I noticed on the Blazing Angels' site that pitch & yaw was on the left mini-stick and that roll was on the right mini-stick.
This kinda sucks because pitch & roll should be on the same stick and yaw (rudder) should be seperated from any other functions, especially the throttle.

On the preview version I've been playing it's not possible to redefine the keys, however you quickly get used to the way the planes fly - so don't worry too much.

Actually I'm more concerned with how Blazing Angels is going to handle with one of my flight sticks, ...I collect console flight sticks, it's kind of a hobby of mine. All my flight sticks operate with the pitch and roll from the main stick and the yaw/rudder either on a rocker bar on the throttle, right/left twist on the main stick or on rudder pedals.
I have no intentions or desire to "get used to" controlling a flight title with a game pad at this point in time.
An ommission of a complete controller function re-mapping option in the final cut of Blazing Angels would be a big mistake.
Which USB flight sticks are going to be supported for Blazing Angels on the Xbox 360?
I understand that the Xbox 360 has a number of USB controller ports.

Unfortunately it's impossible to say what will be compatible at this time as it's far, far too early. Sorry!

UbiRazz,
Thanks for the reply.
Be sure to let us know if you find out any additional information on configuring controller lay-out schemes and/or peripheral support.
Is there a H.U.D. view?
When in the cockpit view how is the look around view initiated?
...and finially, which aircraft have you been able to fly in your demo??
Thanks in advance, 8<<<J@X>>>8

There's currently no plans for a cockpit view as the game is meant to be quite arcadey, rather than a flight sim http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
I flew a fighter plane and a bomber, beyond that I've no idea what they were - sorry!

UbiRazz,
Another question please;
In your demo, after you've completed a mission, what are the replays like?
How many different camera point of views are there?
Do the replays capture all of your mission?

BUMP
Now that it's close to release for Blazing Angels I'd like to have answers to these questions:
Flight stick support?
Look around view?
Cockpit/HUD views?
Replays:
Are the replays of your full mission?
Are the replays savable?
How many camera POVs are the replays capable of providing? (you know, so we can make cool cinematic movies of our missions)
Thanks in advance for any answers.

I have a question some of my friends and I have.
First off, On the online multiplayer is there the ability to creeate your own match, if so, is there control as in banning or kicking from the server. (Reason: There have been numerous very fine games out there that have been brought down from their potential greatness due to the inability to get rid of obnoxious 12 and under children, or the 16 and plus pirate mouthed ****s.)
Thank you for the time.
