For people with older videocards and are experiencing odd lighting/textures this will solve the problem! I'm testing some other setting and will post more as I find it!
In ravenshield.ini find this line UseTrilinear put it as false.

Next little change this line UseHardwareTL change it to false it runs well on a S3 ProSavage DDR!?!?

hmm that did happen to help on my radeon 7000. no more textures repeating into infinity. now if you could only get the decals to work ;-) thanks for the tip.

This really does work, I'm playing at 30-60fps with everything on high at 800x600

someone with a good video card see if this increases performance for you
