still with the d3dx9_32.dll in vista OS

I know there's an answer from ubisoft, sending us to update our directx on vista.

The link is the following:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx

But if I have directx10 in my vista, how can I update it if in the microsoft page, linked before, there's not any link for directx10 update.
There's a link only for directx9 update, and for XP users (how afortunate they are...)

So how can I update my directx 10? ...to directx9? Is that logical?
