coop just doesn't work for the PC. the majority of the community has never gotten past the same crash you are talking about. the rest of the community that did get it to run were bored with it after a few attempts because it is laggy and boring.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

And you get rewards even if you lose! It doesn't get much better than that.

I never had any lag (lucky me) and I can say that COOP is/can be quite fun.
However most COOP maps revolve around 'puzzeling' your ways through an obsticle course . Those maps get boring.
There was this tool a while back that let you change your equipment in the different maps. I can say that adding the sniper attachment and about 99 wallmines can rejuivenate the whole experience http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

1.05 is the highest version. how many people did you see online trying to play co-op?<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I am pretty sure the difference in system performance also can lead to both systems disconnecting. I have a lower-end system and my loading times take much longer than my friend who loads it pretty fast. Is there a way to manually increase the timeout period on the higher end machine? Also another trouble is my inability to join games so I'm usually hosting. I could use some help with that too.

I've experienced almost all the same problems you guys describe at some point since buying SCCT, but somehow I can still play. The co-op disconnect issue seems to be very hard to diagnose, you almost have to bypass any firewall you have to ensure the problem is not at your end to see if it's something else like your ISP.
