There were soooooooooo many good points to this game, I cant even start. However, for every good point there were 3 bad hits. I will not go into the good side, mainly because I just finished and am ****ed. I would rather ask a couple of important questions. First, are you f*cking serious?? Every time you lock the camera you adjust the controls on the basis of the camera position? WHAT? Are you stupid? Up is always up down is down, etc., etc.. Nothing ever changes based on which direction you are looking.
I can only think that your project management dept and your quality control department have their heads up each other’s a**es and every deep breath gives each of them a divine fever of inspiration. Hence, we have a game that could have taken every award on the block.
Secondly, what the hell is with changing the buttons with different situations? Again, are you f*cking stupid? Set the controls at the beginning of the game and allow the player to base his/her strategy off that. Don’t decide that "this situation should allow this, and that situation should allow that.
I knew this was coming from the first, because this has been a recurring problem, but I thought you were smart enough to figure it out.
It appears you have forgotten what it is to play games and the line that changes a game (or any other media) from enjoyment to frustration.
I am truly disappointed and will not likely purchase another game from Ubisoft, until I am firmly convinced you have truly thought about what the game experience means to the player.
I really hate that because you guys are one of the premier studios. The problem is that I get so sick of the BS with your dumb *** coders that I can’t even finish a game.
I will be posting online to discuss these topics; hopefully, you will fire some dumb asses and really think about some quality control before you release another disaster.
