I have 3 Sturmovik winter skins. I'm not sure who the skinners are. I've had them for a while. They are all blank with no markings and I'm beginning to wonder if they are stock IL2 in-game skins.
Names:
1.Winter
2.Winter Assault
3.Winter Spraypaint
Anyone know who made these?
Would be nice to have red stars put on them.

Thanks Silverfish. I've got someone to add stars to them so everything is good.

I agree with you SF that they are stock skins.
I have an unmodded clean version of v4.08m.
Nothing extra in it at all.
Names:
1.Winter
Skins marked "Winter" show up in several folders.
2.Winter Assault
I found it the IL-2M_Late folder only.
3.Winter Spraypaint
I found it these folders:
IL-2I
IL-2M_Early
IL-2_1940_Early
IL-2_1940_Late
IL-2_1941_Early
IL-2_1941_Late

COOL! Now I don't have to search for the authors to give them credit for use. They are very nice skins too and well done. If the author happens to see this post maybe I could get their name and give credit in my campaign.

RRG studios have these templates I'm almost 100% positive of that... they must know the author (if the author doesn't work for/with them in the first place).

As far as I know those skins you mentioned go way back as far as at least the first release of Forgotten Battles, they're 512x512 which gives it away.

OK thanks guys. I know I've had them for a while too but wasn't sure where they came from.
