I am Naoshi Kanno a graduate of the Imperial Naval Academy. I seek to fly with one of the great squadrons fighting against the aggression of the American war machine. What I have yet to develop in skill I make up for in desire to see the greatness of Japan win out in this battle.
As you can tell I seek a squadron that enjoys its realism.

I have reviewed the 203rd Kokutai air squadrons web site and their amount of information. I can tell you that by far they are your best choice as far as medium sized, and realistic Japanese Virtual air squadrons. They have a nice site as well.
You might also check out the 101st who are just beginning and are working on the squadrons paper work you might say. They are smaller, but probably just as determined and realistic.
it is easier to gain rank in a smaller air squadron. And some airsquadrons start off small but become very large. It's all about the command staff.

Hello Naoshi, please visit the 101st Kokutai's website http://101stkokutai.dogfighters.net/
As Stackhouse said we are a newly formed squad and at the moment we are small, and is correct in saying its easier to gain rank in a small squad.
So pilots who join now have an excellent opportunity to progress to command positions with in the Kokutai.
We are based in the UK and fly full real settings.
If you want a challenge, we are the squad for you.
