Need Advice on what files to save

It appears that I have some how corrupted my campaign gen files that come with FB. I can no longer gen new campaigns with the chose of locations etc. I have campaigns in progrees that I don't wish to lose. What files do I need to save before I reinstall FB? Thanks

I assume you'd have to save the main folder in which the campign is located:

...\Missions\Campaign\...

but don't take my word for it as I don't play campaigns and never had to try this.
