H6 release v : game doesn't work

Hi,

I can't seem to get my Heroes VI game to work. I bought the heroes VI game as an electronic download. The downloading and installation process worked as far as I can tell. I can also launch the uplay game launcher. But when I hit the play button the game does not start. The loading screen freezes and when I hit ctrl + alt+ delete it says in the "activity manager" that the game is not answering.

In order to fix this by myself I have done the following things:
Inactivated the windows firewall
Uninstalled my virus protection program (Avira)
Updated all drivers using a program called driver genius
Uninstalled Heroes VI and reinstalled it
Between each step I rebooted the computer.

I can't think of anything else to do. Has anyone experienced similar problems or do any of you have any idea of how to solve this?

I have contacted the the unbisoft tech support but they have not yet replied to my mail.

For NVIDIA cards:
dowload this - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZEU92DTQ

double click it, click yes.

restart PC, enjoy.

It worked for me!
