Cant get my account to work for MP

I can not get into multiplayer

I have registerd on ubi.com and when I enter my account name, password and CD key every time it tells me the server unavailible and then that some of the info provided is wrong.

I have checked it over and over and nothing is wrong

Any ideas?

p.s i looked thought the FAQ's and could not find any thing.
