SUBMIT A COMPLAINT!

The servers being down for this long and regularly is unacceptable. Sadly I really didnt know how bad it was, some of you may tell me to stop whining and Just "WAIT" for their servers to be up again. I have been waiting, for more than 2 days now, not to mention those other server problems they had before I even bought the game. I am surprised that they still havent fixed the problems they been having since release 7+ months ago.

But if people dont actually try doing something, then this is how ubisoft will continue to treat us and nothing will be fixed.

I have just submitted a complaint on BBB and you guys should do it too if you really want to at least do something. Making a thread on forum just helps other players but doing this might get some attention to UBISOFT.

Type in BBB COMPLAINT in google and it will give you a link where you can make a PROPER complaint about UBISOFT.

Wow, there is really something weird going on, i just played a game online with 3 ppl...

Can you answer in the other thread concerning the isp and location ?

Same issue for me as well I am on the Eastcoast. Purchased the game Friday and have yet to even play it because of server issues.

I was playing the demo prior to buying the game a few hours later, thats when the demo stopped working along with the retail version of the game, they both tell me that connection was lost etc.

i reinstalled the game 3x. Some moron told me because him and others can play it, the problem is my fault, which is very annoying because it is clearly not my fault since UBI customer representitive emailed me back telling me that they know theres an issue with some players not being able to play the game.

I really hope they fix it soon, I was going to call them but SADLY they do not take calls on weekends... great timing!

it seems to be located around east coast eh ? I know AC2 players have some problems too.

Do you guys mind sharing your ip addresses?

Maybe there is some similitudes in the ISPs.

I was able to play the demo before buying the game few hours later, the demo was working, now both the game and the demo does not work. (i have uninstalled both versions of the game and reinstalled only the real game 3x and i still cannot play, since I was able to play demo before people started having trouble i know it is definitely not my side causing this problem

MY ISP is AT&T. Im located in Texas

This way it keeps all those with problems in the same thread, and is more likely to help identify your problems.

At the moment, it does seem to be a US problem, as over this side of the pond the servers have been fine.

May I also ask those with problems, to contact Ubi Support (http://support.ubi.com) and submit a ticket, those who have already done so, should update the ticket to avoid it being automatically closed and marked solved, which happens if they receive no further updates from you within 48 hours.
