how can I know the framerate?

Hi Guys!

I am playing ACB. I just want to know how can I know the framerate? Do I need to install any software or not?

I google it and found that there is a command window where I can enable/disable FPS. But dont know how can I do it. I am using ATI readon card HD 4650.

You can just download Fraps or Xfire and activate the overlay while in-game. It'll tell you the game's FPS.
