Possible Kinshasa glitch on 360

I've been playing spda on my 360 console and im at the part where im at the secret meeting. I planted the bug and their done talking but the door closes and some guys are stuck in the room and i cant make a move without getting spotted, what do I do? Explain in detail please.

Goto the window in that room by where the door closes. Theres an area to rappel.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

They should go out.

You could try the emitter to get them to the back of the room and hope you can get down and out the door.

Alternatively, see if there is a pipe down to the door (I went down the rope and off the table) and try the emitter thing. This would leave you out in the open less.

I have the same issue with the PC version.
The only place I can rappel is right above the table, with the flower (where the bug was placed). If I try, I get spotted since everyone is still in the room and they keep switching positions. If I try dropping down at the other end (right above the door) I get spotted. It will not let me use the emitter, keep switching back to silencer. It is a obvious bug since they walk up to the door and are trying to move through it.
