I don't see it listed on splintercell.com and some other sources, so IMO it's still unofficial.

the 18+ must just be a fil in, I personaly realy liked scct box art, i have looked around and it is expected to be a 12+ so its a big difference for somerthing unofficial.

That is the EMEA one. Not the North America one.
The EMEA boxes never have the Tom Clancy bar on the side of the case.

It's not a "press site".
Press sites are places where you can get press resources(press releases, screens, videos, artwork, boxarts, et cetera) that have been sent out by the publishers.
I am a member of one of them, and Ubi sent the EMEA boxarts to them.(because it's a UK site)

Somebody said before, I don't know who, oh darkeye321 said he'd never bought a game with a minimum age of 18+, wasn't SCCT rated mature which is 17+? Anyway I don't like this box-art because Chaos Theory's is more interesting than that. WTF ??

Yeah, but he's a ****ing tank. He's 5'9", but he's probably like 230lbs. His deltoids are twice the size of his head.
