Order / Account Problems....

I managed to place order for IL2 COD Collectors Edition entering my USERNAME rather than my Email address as requested. STRANGE! I have a Paypal confirmation but NOT an UBI Confirmation????? Should I not get one from Ubi as well?
Now this is plain bizzare.... I CAN'T log into UBISHOP - MY ACCOUNT ONLINE using email or username. Please help.
At this point i have no idea as to whether Ubisoft have my order or not. I KNOW however, for sure, that PAYPAL has taken £58.91 from my account!!

hi Matt i feel your frustration,i had exactly the same prob when i ordered way back when it 1st came on sale.i kept requesting new passwords,then it wouldnt recognise them,etc it was a nightmare,i cant remember how but eventually it worked ,butif you had the money taken you got it ordered but u need to dload a reciept,so find your orfder and save it.digital river isthe company i went through with ubi

Recieved Email saying thay have No record of my order yet £58.91 has been taken from my Paypal Account. This is bordering on illegal surely

Yup,me too,in fact with my case the money had been drawn from my Paypal a/c and some days later I was informed by UBI that because they had'nt received any payment they were now having to cancel my order.

All resolved now,they had received the money,but one has to concur that Laurel and Hardy must be running the accounts dept there.

They SEEM to have sorted it out now.....
However whether it turns up remains to be seen!

i woder if its because they have a 3rd party(in this case Digital River) doing the payment or are they usually the company that takes the payment?
