If you don't know C#, don't bother downloading it unless you want to get a bunch of books and learn it.

I'm taking programming this year, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Its sweet.
The "MyFirstXNAGame" Program is just an image(sprite) bouncing around on the screen.
But just that program(with a little know how) gives you the things you need to make pong.
