At i could not enter the game because of the newest update and now i get an error message "Server not available (28) - Please try again later".

Is it me or is there something wrong at UBI.com ?

Servers are up - from the error I can tell you're not running the latest version (if you're on steam that's ok - if not you should get the patch (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/6061083365/m/5821094178) )
