Ok, this fix worked for me : -
From your game shortcut goto Compatibility & run the game in Vista Service Pack 2 mode then also select Disable Visual Themes & Disable Desktop Composition http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
