Pause Menu?

In the manual, it shows a pause menu where it has tutorial, random song, end workout, etc. How in the world do you get to it? I want to change the songs but can't figure it out.
Also want to know if there is a way that I can tell the game that my body is not able to do that exercise so they don't put it in future workouts.

To pause it use the - button to the left of the home button on the wii remote. As far as the exercises go, no you can't have certain ones removed from your routine or choose to skip them when they come up. Bad design if you ask me.

Thanks! I'll try it again tomorrow. I wish they would let you customize it before you start to workout.
I have enjoyed it though! Even laughing when they wanted me to do some ab roll thing. I'm sorry but I couldn't have done that 20 years ago when I was in good shape!
