I had this problem along time ago...Then i found out its all the servers had a high ping.
Just raise your Ping from default (200) to like Exhttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif999) then you should see the servers. I remember along time ago everyone was having this problem now we know why so try raising your ping in the serverlist lobby.

it could just be that there are no servers. now that chaos theory out, anyone who enjoyed the multiplayer of PT is most likely playing it on chaos theory
