Blue screen whenever I get syrettes

So, whenever I go to get more syrettes, I've got basically a 50/50 chance of my game causing me to blue screen and restart. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it crashes, but so far this has been the only time it crashes is when I go to use a box of syrettes. Why could this be happening? I'm using an nvidia geforce 9600 with the most updated drivers.

I have the exact same issue on the same video card. I have a SB Audgy sound card. I have updated video drivers, sound drivers and DX.

What are syrettes?...

I get BSOD's all the time...All of them occur when I join a server or look for a server.
