I'm such a fiend for cakes & cookies - the good ones, I mean.
I voted cheesecake, though. Nothing beats a smooth, creamy Italian cheesecake with pineapple or cherry or blueberry on top of it. Oh man...

Ice cream cake is yummy! It's like cake and ice cream in one LOL! Okay, so basically you start with a cake (usually dense) and then put ice cream on it and shape it via mold I guess. Put it in the freezer to keep its shape, then take it out again the put the frosting on. And then back in the freezer until ready to serve. I can tell you one thing, it's very cold but really yummy! ^0^

Or... TIRAMISU! Ohh baby, yum... My mum makes this tiramisu with chocolate cake instead of the sponge stuff, and puts all this cream and dark chocolate mixed with alchol and expresso.... It is so divine...

Icecream cake you can buy in stores like Carvel or BaskinRobin's. In BaskinRobin's it's a cake, but it's made with icecream as well as regular cake.
