Different weapons othe than Katana and Revolver

will there be any other weapons other than the katana and the revolver? cause all the enemies u fight have swords pretty much identical to urs so... and i didn't see an enemies with guns so it's not like u could pick up guns here's a creative but really stupid idea: add nunchucks to the game i'm not saying you would hold the wiimote and swing the other end around, that would be idiotic and could break things i mean like u could swing the wiimote in one hand and when u swing it around the movement of the other end of the nunchuck swings like it would in real life on screen just putting it out there...

you could add shruikens and throwing knives so u could kill ppl silently so u don't alert other enemies if the AI system is smart enough to "hear" ur guy

I am all for sweet ninja weapons, but there is an untapped area to which we may have over looked. Has anyone seen that Wii active game (the one with the leg band). There is a cardio kickboxing game on there that is pretty accurate when it comes to motion detecting. What about Wii Boxing or Punch-Out? Starting to follow and possible drool like I am? This "Swordsman" is a bonafide bada$$. Besides his weaponry, I would like to like to think he is a martial arts expert. Wouldn't it be cool to go metal gear on some enemies and CQC them!? Think about it, there could be a part of th egame where the swordsman gets capured again and he has no katana/revolver. "Only a fool trusts his life to a weapon." (Grey Fox: Metal Gear Solid). like the first game, u should add other guns like a shotgun and instead of an uzi maybe an smg u could possibly add an ak-47 i know that wouldn't go along with the whole gunslinger thing because usually the hero would have to have guns that he could hold with one hand then switch out to the sword quickly

The sword interests me more, but guns are just as cool. I like the whole revolver thing, but your right. Just one gun or one type of gun won't cut it.

Ubi have said that u can upgrade the weapons so mybe theres a multi shot option or a different style of blade

I love shotguns, but maybe a magnum or some kind of hand-cannon would be better off in this game. Still, different weapons could have trade-offs. I you had a shotgun, it'd probably take longer to switch to your sword for example. Different swords seem like a given and I also remember a statement that we'd be able to take on different swords and guns throughout the game.

that would be cool but hard to do, unless you added a cool mutiplayer mode where a second player had a wiimote with wii motion plus and fiouht with the second katana and the first player couldn't use the revolver

well u could have the duel katanas slash in the same direction and maybe if u did get a second katana u could stop the hammer guys' strike

some guns they should add to red steel 2: automatic pistol (you could pick it up from the support ninja), SMG, combat shotgun (the one in the walkthrough looked like a sawn-off one), full-auto shotgun, thompson (the gun looks like its small enough to hold in one hand from what i've seen in video games), desert eagle (this would have a bigger ammo capcity than the revolver, but it wouldn't be as strong) the SMG would shoot faster than the automatic pistol, but the pistol would be stronger the thompson would shoot slower than the SMG but be stronger

i've read peoples' ideas about a lasso and i think that would make a cool weapon though maybe instead of a rope lasso, maybe a chain lasso... and you could add a blade to the end of a rope/chain

There is a move in the demo called "shockwave" that is very similar to an energy slice

I would like to see how ubi could intergrate a ninja staff with wii motion plus, or it could even be just a mini-game where you have to fight someone with a staff, no feet movement, so you could use the wiimote and the nunchuck kinda like your holding one.

oh and i almost forgot, duel revolvers and that hand cannon thing like that one the mini pirate in pirates of the caribbean at world's end had you could also possibly add a bayonet to something
