I have TMO with the Hot Fit. But what would the WTW be, and why might I need it?

wTw stands for with training wheels. It's a toned down version of TMO.

Is TMOwTw updated all the way to 1.8beta?

No not yet. I know that drayson will be getting to 1.8 sometime in the future.
