I just downloaded the Epilogue DLC for POP for the 360 but it just hung at the "loading" screen and never loaded. I found the following workaround on the POP forum on xbox.com which worked great for me and now it's playing in the background! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
You need to Clear your Cache (NOT format)...
"On the dashboard, go down to My Xbox then go right to the end where it says System Settings. Press A then go to Memory. You'll see your hard drive and the amount of space you have left on it: press Y here to go to the device options. On that screen (where you've got the options to rename or format your hard drive) press X, X, LB, RB, X, X. As soon as you've done that you'll be asked if you want to perform maintenance on your storage devices, so select yes and that will clear your cache.
Just so you know, once you have cleared your cache you will need to download the latest updates/patches again for all your games, but you will be asked to do so when you stick any game disc in so it's nothing to worry about.
