Crash after savefile Loading

I was playing a mission saved it and stopped the game.
An Hour later I started the game again but when i loaded my last save it crashed after the screen was pointing at my castle.

Playing the mission over is no problem but when i save it and want to play it again I always get the same problem.

Does someone knows what i need to do?

Tips are helpfull.

The first frames after loading are usually quite heavy on the gfx card - so maybe updating drivers or lowering gfx settings could help.

If you manage to find the savgame file (it's a bit tricky because they have numbers for names - but the last change date gives a hint) you can send it to S7Bugdata [at] ubisoft.com and we'll have a look at it.
