They haven't announced which games were delayed, but they did say that the reasons were financial. Apparently they did so well this quarter that they want to spread the wealth a bit. The official Army rep told me yesterday that we were still confirmed for the 19th, but Ubisoft isn't making me feel any better...

I think it's safe to say that AA's okay, I just hope Assassin's Creed is not one of them being pushed. I want that game BAD.
I think that End War was one for sure, haven't seen too much on it here the past few months.

I hope you're right, if AA is on that list I'm going to lose it. The unannounced part is good to hear.
Intriguing: an unannounced game by April in an existing franchise....could be Rainbow or GR?

Thats what I was thinking. I am beginning to think that game will never come out.

That was announced a loooong time ago.. I think there was even a trailer at E3 2006. If I had to guess I'd say R6 Vegas 2.

Yeah, BIA is no secret. With any luck, it's that Rainbow game that was rumored a while back.

I hope you can wait for AC because I hear they (UBI) can't fit it on the disk. At least that is the word over on SC forum.

Well over on the BiA forum it said that it was delayed until 2008.
I think if it was another Rainbow we would have heard about it already. We had info on Vegas well before Critical Hour released.

I have already confirmed that it was just a rumor. No new rainbow yet.

So Brothers in Arms, Rayman, and Splinter Cell are the sequels to the existing franchises. Good to see AA was not present on the list.

I don't see the 4 games listed there. 2007-2008 refers to the current fiscal year. They list the games they ARE coming out with this fiscal year, I don't see the games itemized that are getting moved.
""¢ Six franchises are now scheduled for release in 2007-08 (Brothers in Arms®, Far Cry®, Rayman Raving Rabbids®, The Settlers®, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® and an unannounced franchise), compared with the previously announced seven.
"¢ Three new brands are now scheduled for release in 2007-08 (Assassin's Creed(TM), Haze(TM), Tom Clancy's End War(TM)), compared with the previously announced six.
The four games concerned will now strengthen fiscal 2008-09."
All those listed are still coming out '07-'08. The 4 aren't named.
Still have a mystery new franchise in there too.

What was odd was that the article was filed under the Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 section (leave me alone, its for my 6 year old daughter...really). Although they don't say it, GameSpot must have some inkling that RRR is one of the 4 delayed games. My sources are still saying November 19th for AATS though.
